Will this look good on me if I'm not slim?
That's what the cut is for. The shoulders drop past your natural shoulder line and the body falls straight, so the fabric skims instead of grabbing. Sizes run to 3XL with a 45.5 inch bust.
Is it actually warm, or just soft-looking?
It's a plush fleece, so it traps warmth close to you. Plenty for the house, the porch, and errands in fall and spring. In deep winter, wear it under a coat.
Will the plush go flat or pill after a few washes?
Wash it cold, inside out, with similar colors and skip the fabric softener. Hang dry or tumble on low. Treated that way, the brushed face stays soft.

Email contact@hartwell-oaks.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll send you a printable UPS return label — pack the items with their tags and drop the parcel at any UPS location.
Is return shipping free?
A return shipping fee applies to standard returns and is deducted from your refund. Returns are free if an item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect — just send us a photo and we’ll take care of everything.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives at our warehouse and has been checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method and confirm it by email. Depending on your bank, it can take a few additional business days to appear on your statement.

Always follow the care label. As a rule: wash gently in cold water or have it dry cleaned, dry knitwear flat, store it folded rather than on a hanger, and let wool rest a day between wears.
