Rooted in Character
Hartwell Oaks takes its name from the live oaks of Uptown New Orleans — trees that have stood for centuries, quietly growing more beautiful with every season.
Our studio sits a few blocks from Audubon Park, where moss-draped branches arch over the avenues and fall arrives slowly, in golden light. That is how we think about clothing: timeless silhouettes, honest materials and a fit you can trust — pieces made to be worn season after season.

We reply within a few hours, 7 days a week.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 2–4 business days at our North American warehouse and delivered by UPS in 2–4 business days after dispatch — typically 4–8 business days in total. Shipping is free on every US order.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At the moment we ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii.
What is your return policy?
You have 90 days from delivery to return or exchange unworn items with tags attached. Email us and we’ll send a return label to print at home. A return shipping fee applies to standard returns; returns are free if an item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect. Read the full return policy.
