Take your time. You have 90 days from delivery to return or exchange any item that doesn’t feel right.

Request your return

Email contact@hartwell-oaks.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.

Print your label

We email you a prepaid return label to print at home — no printer? We’ll send a QR code instead.

Drop it off

Hand the parcel to any UPS location. Your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after it arrives.

Return conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with original tags attached.
  • Returns are accepted within 90 days of delivery.
  • A return shipping fee is deducted from your refund for standard returns. The exact amount is shown on your return label confirmation before you send anything.
  • Free returns if your item arrived damaged, faulty or we sent the wrong item or size — just send us a photo and we’ll take care of everything.
  • Exchanges for a different size are subject to availability.

Refunds

Refunds are made to your original payment method (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay). Depending on your bank, it can take a few additional days for the amount to appear on your statement.
