Will the pleats flatten out after a few washes?
No, the pleats are sewn into the neckline, not pressed in, so they hold their shape through washing. Wash cold and hang dry and they stay crisp.
Can I wear this to the office?
Yes, in a casual or business-casual office. The V-neck and cuffed sleeves give it enough structure to pair with trousers or dark denim.
How warm is it?
It's a soft knit, so it works well on its own indoors and on cool days. On cold days it layers easily under a coat without bunching at the shoulders.
Does it wrinkle in a suitcase?

Email contact@hartwell-oaks.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll send you a printable UPS return label — pack the items with their tags and drop the parcel at any UPS location.
Is return shipping free?
A return shipping fee applies to standard returns and is deducted from your refund. Returns are free if an item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect — just send us a photo and we’ll take care of everything.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives at our warehouse and has been checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method and confirm it by email. Depending on your bank, it can take a few additional business days to appear on your statement.

Always follow the care label. As a rule: wash gently in cold water or have it dry cleaned, dry knitwear flat, store it folded rather than on a hanger, and let wool rest a day between wears.
