Yes, but go up half a size if you plan to wear heavy winter socks every day. The chart lists foot length in inches, so measure your foot and match it there.
Will the zipper hold up all winter?
The zip runs along the side seam and opens the full shaft, which means less strain on it than a tight back zip. Open it fully before stepping in rather than forcing your foot past a half-open zip.
Do these fit slim calves or wider ones?
The shaft is shaped rather than straight-cut, so it sits close to the leg. If your calves are on the fuller side, check the fit as soon as your pair arrives — the 30-day return window covers you either way.
How do I keep the finish looking good?
Wipe them down with a damp cloth after a salty or slushy walk and let them air dry away from direct heat. The smooth upper doesn't absorb stains the way suede does.

Email contact@hartwell-oaks.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll send you a printable UPS return label — pack the items with their tags and drop the parcel at any UPS location.
Is return shipping free?
A return shipping fee applies to standard returns and is deducted from your refund. Returns are free if an item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect — just send us a photo and we’ll take care of everything.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives at our warehouse and has been checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method and confirm it by email. Depending on your bank, it can take a few additional business days to appear on your statement.

Always follow the care label. As a rule: wash gently in cold water or have it dry cleaned, dry knitwear flat, store it folded rather than on a hanger, and let wool rest a day between wears.
