How to use
- Step 1: Peel back a small corner of the protective film — about one section at a time, not the whole canvas
- Step 2: Dip the applicator pen in the wax, then pick up a diamond and press it onto its matching numbered square
- Step 3: Work across the section row by row — most people settle into a rhythm within 1–2 minutes
- Step 4: When the design is filled, press the whole surface firmly with a flat book for about a minute so every diamond sets

How do I start a return or exchange?
Email contact@hartwell-oaks.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll send you a printable UPS return label — pack the items with their tags and drop the parcel at any UPS location.
Is return shipping free?
A return shipping fee applies to standard returns and is deducted from your refund. Returns are free if an item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect — just send us a photo and we’ll take care of everything.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives at our warehouse and has been checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method and confirm it by email. Depending on your bank, it can take a few additional business days to appear on your statement.

What if I’m between two sizes?
The Size Assistant tells you when you’re between sizes and which one gives a closer or roomier fit. For coats and jackets you’ll wear over knitwear, we usually recommend the larger size.
