Where's the best place to hang it?
Pick a spot near a tree or shrub so birds have cover close by, and where you can see it from a window. Most people hang it from a branch, a shepherd's hook, or a porch bracket.
How often will I need to refill it?
That depends on how many birds find it. In winter, when natural food is scarce, expect to top it off every few days once the birds settle in.
How long before birds start using it?
Sometimes a day, sometimes a couple of weeks. Birds need time to notice a new feeder. Scattering a little seed on the tray and the ground below helps them spot it faster.
Can I leave it out all winter?

A return shipping fee applies to standard returns and is deducted from your refund. Returns are free if an item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect — just send us a photo and we’ll take care of everything.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives at our warehouse and has been checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method and confirm it by email. Depending on your bank, it can take a few additional business days to appear on your statement.

Where are your pieces designed and shipped from?
Every piece is designed in our studio at 6017 Patton St in Uptown New Orleans and ships from our warehouse in North America.
How should I care for wool and cashmere?
Always follow the care label. As a rule: wash gently in cold water or have it dry cleaned, dry knitwear flat, store it folded rather than on a hanger, and let wool rest a day between wears.
