Does it work on a tree that isn't 1.8 m?
The strand spacing is mapped for trees around 1.8 m, so that height gives the cleanest pattern. On a shorter or fuller tree the lights still work, but the shapes may look more compressed or spread out.
Can I leave it on a plain color instead of animations?
Yes. The app lets you set one steady color and leave it there. Many people use animations for guests and a calm single color on quiet evenings.
Can I use it outside or in a window?
No. Glowmation is built for indoor use only, so keep it on an indoor tree away from rain and snow.
Do I need wifi for it to work?

A return shipping fee applies to standard returns and is deducted from your refund. Returns are free if an item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect — just send us a photo and we’ll take care of everything.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives at our warehouse and has been checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method and confirm it by email. Depending on your bank, it can take a few additional business days to appear on your statement.

Where are your pieces designed and shipped from?
Every piece is designed in our studio at 6017 Patton St in Uptown New Orleans and ships from our warehouse in North America.
How should I care for wool and cashmere?
Always follow the care label. As a rule: wash gently in cold water or have it dry cleaned, dry knitwear flat, store it folded rather than on a hanger, and let wool rest a day between wears.
