Is the zipper full-length or a half-zip?
It's a full-length zip from hem to collar. You can wear it open as a layer or zipped all the way up.
Will the raw edges keep fraying every time I wash it?
The edges are cut raw as a design choice, so a little softening at the trim is normal and expected. Washing cold and hanging to dry keeps it looking the way it should.
Can I wear this over a bulkier top?
Yes. The body is boxy and the shoulders are dropped, so there's real room through the chest and arms for a sweater or thicker tee underneath.
Do all three colors have the same fade pattern?
Each color has its own gradient, running from a lighter tone to a deeper one across the body. The effect is the same idea in each shade, just a different color story.

Email contact@hartwell-oaks.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll send you a printable UPS return label — pack the items with their tags and drop the parcel at any UPS location.
Is return shipping free?
A return shipping fee applies to standard returns and is deducted from your refund. Returns are free if an item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect — just send us a photo and we’ll take care of everything.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives at our warehouse and has been checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method and confirm it by email. Depending on your bank, it can take a few additional business days to appear on your statement.

What if I’m between two sizes?
The Size Assistant tells you when you’re between sizes and which one gives a closer or roomier fit. For coats and jackets you’ll wear over knitwear, we usually recommend the larger size.

Always follow the care label. As a rule: wash gently in cold water or have it dry cleaned, dry knitwear flat, store it folded rather than on a hanger, and let wool rest a day between wears.
