Can you see the shaping panel through the fabric?
No, the panel is sewn inside the waistband area and the viscose blend is opaque. From the outside it reads as a plain high waistband.
Will the waistband roll down when I sit?
The high rise sits above the natural waist and the panel keeps it flat. Match your waist measurement to the chart — going too small is the main cause of rolling.
Are these warm enough for fall and winter?
Yes, the viscose blend has real weight and drape, so it works from early fall through cooler months. It's a little too warm for peak summer heat.
Do they need ironing after washing?
Rarely. The fabric drops most creases when hung to dry. A quick steam works if you've packed them in a bag.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Email contact@hartwell-oaks.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll send you a printable UPS return label — pack the items with their tags and drop the parcel at any UPS location.
Is return shipping free?
A return shipping fee applies to standard returns and is deducted from your refund. Returns are free if an item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect — just send us a photo and we’ll take care of everything.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives at our warehouse and has been checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method and confirm it by email. Depending on your bank, it can take a few additional business days to appear on your statement.

What if I’m between two sizes?
