Can I put these in the washing machine?
Yes. Wash cold on a gentle cycle with similar colors. Skip the bleach and fabric softener so the pile stays soft.
Will the pile shed on my floor?
A small amount of loose fiber is normal in the first week or two. A quick vacuum or shake clears it, and it settles after that.
How do I dry them?

How do I start a return or exchange?
Email contact@hartwell-oaks.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll send you a printable UPS return label — pack the items with their tags and drop the parcel at any UPS location.
Is return shipping free?
A return shipping fee applies to standard returns and is deducted from your refund. Returns are free if an item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect — just send us a photo and we’ll take care of everything.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives at our warehouse and has been checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method and confirm it by email. Depending on your bank, it can take a few additional business days to appear on your statement.

What if I’m between two sizes?
The Size Assistant tells you when you’re between sizes and which one gives a closer or roomier fit. For coats and jackets you’ll wear over knitwear, we usually recommend the larger size.
